Docket-Specific Pre-Screen
What we confirm before every AFFF lead is delivered
- AFFF (aqueous film-forming foam) exposure confirmed with exposure source documented.
- Exposure source classified — military base firefighter, civilian airport firefighter, industrial firefighter, or military training personnel.
- Exposure duration and dates captured — minimum qualifying duration per docket standards.
- Diagnosis confirmed as one of the docket-recognized cancer types: kidney, testicular, bladder, thyroid, prostate, breast, or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
- PFAS blood test results referenced where the claimant has that information.
- Military service records referenced for military claimants.
- Claimant is not part of an already-settled 3M water utility class — individual injury claim.
- Not currently represented — confirmed before the lead leaves our system.
SOL Note
AFFF SOL follows the discovery rule per diagnosis state — it runs from the date of diagnosis or the date the claimant knew or should have known of the PFAS-cancer connection. Every lead is delivered with the diagnosis state and SOL framework noted in the record.
The Market
The AFFF market
AFFF contains PFAS — per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances — chemical compounds that do not break down in the body and accumulate over years of exposure. Military bases and commercial airports used AFFF in firefighting training and actual fires for decades, exposing personnel and nearby communities to PFAS-contaminated soil and water.
The 3M $10.3 billion water utility settlement in 2023 resolved claims by public water systems, but it did not resolve individual injury claims by exposed firefighters, military personnel, and airport workers with PFAS-linked cancers. Those individual claims remain an active docket with substantial remaining defendant exposure. Veterans and civilian airport firefighters with kidney, testicular, thyroid, or other recognized PFAS cancers are the primary qualifying claimant population.
Why AFFF leads need specialist qualification: the wrong cancer diagnosis kills the case. Not every cancer is docket-recognized for PFAS causation. Our pre-screen confirms the diagnosis is one of the specifically recognized PFAS cancers before delivery, not just any cancer in a firefighter.

Targeted Acquisition
Only people who matched your exact criteria submitted a form.
Form Pre-Screen
SOL, liability, insurance, and intent — all confirmed before delivery.
AFFF pre-screen confirms exposure source (firefighter or military training) and that the diagnosis is a docket-recognized PFAS cancer.

The number is real. We proved it before you see it.

Your CRM. One firm. In under 15 seconds.
Pricing is per qualified lead — never a retainer, never a setup fee, never a monthly commitment. Calculate your all-in cost per signed retainer before you book the call.
Delivery Standards
How every lead arrives and what stands behind it
Every lead passes through four verification steps before delivery. Targeted acquisition drives intake traffic only from people who match your stated criteria. The form pre-screen documents SOL, liability, injury severity, and representation status. OTP phone verification confirms the number is real, active, and in possession of the claimant — not Google Voice, not a disconnected line, not a wrong number. Exclusive delivery places the lead into your CRM inside 15 seconds, locked to your firm ID with a permanent delivery timestamp.
Exclusivity is contractual, not verbal. Your client agreement contains a binding exclusivity term — every lead is sold to exactly one firm and there is no operational path for us to re-deliver it. TrustedForm certificates and Jornaya lead IDs travel with every lead as an independent consent audit trail, timestamped outside our own delivery system. The 48-hour credit exchange is written into your agreement as a contract term, not a return policy: expired SOL at delivery, liability that clearly does not hold based on pre-screen facts, case type mismatch, or represented-at-delivery all qualify without additional documentation. Your intake team’s assessment is sufficient.
Coverage runs in 38 states. Pricing is per qualified lead — no retainer, no setup fee, no monthly commitment. Volume can be paused or reduced with 30 days notice without penalty. Auto-connect puts your intake team on the phone with the claimant within 60 seconds of delivery, which is the single largest lever on contact-to-signed-retainer conversion in every vendor benchmark we have run. Firms routinely report 18–23% close rates on identical leads simply by moving first-call contact from 5 minutes to 60 seconds.
